Blackstone Contracts is a construction and development firm formed by senior construction, project management, and development professionals with extensive experience across several business verticals. We deliver quality construction services and turnkey interior design solutions for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, educational, redevelopment, and more. We derive the implementation strategy for any project by studying the contractual requirements, project location, availability of space, logistical challenges, the status of permissions & statutory approvals, etc. Accordingly, we mobilize and monitor plans, resources, and schedules to achieve desired results.

— EXECUTION STRATEGY

At Blackstone Contracts we believe that the Foundation of any collaboration begins with building relationships with everyone involved.

  • A detailed study of the client’s profile is done for better understanding the need and deliverables of the said project

  • Project location is studied to understand the logistical bandwidth keeping in mind our execution capabilities at that location.

  • A detailed analysis of the contractual requirements and the general terms and conditions of the contract are done by our contracts team.

  • Our team would study the schedule for completion, status of design and GFC drawings, status of permission and statutory approvals, at the start of every project.

  • Planning and working for availability of space for lay down area, labor accommodation, site-based facilities are ensured before the commencement of work at site.

  • A complete understanding of cash flow by our finance team is done to understand the flow of money for the said project.

  • An execution and implementation strategy are planned by our site team to ensure it is in line with the timelines and requirements of the client.

  • Selection of the appropriate equipment to achieve timely completion with adequate Quality is ensured by our Quality team.

  • Project safety and Quality planning would be adopted to achieve zero-man hour loss and achieve zero defect.

  • Mobilization schedule and a detailed Bar chart is prepared by our central projects team before the commencement of work at site.

  • Immediately upon receipt of workorder, planning for long lead items as per the mobilization schedule and a detailed Bar chart is worked upon by our central purchase team.

  • Our central and site team would constantly monitor the output and adjust the strategy according to the outcome.

  • The core fundamental of our implementation process is Project Management, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Management & Safety Management.

    Our safety team perform a thorough walk through, Identify and assess any workplace hazards.

    Mr. Mani Acharya

    Mr. Mani has a rich experience of 51 years at L&T. He is considered as the “Guru” of formwork planning and execution across the industry. Having worked through all the phases and seen all kinds of technology, he is an extremely valuable asset for the group.

    Mr. Mohd. Zafaryab ( B.E. Civil )

    Mr. Jilani has a B.E. (Civil) from Aligarh Muslim University. He has worked on several high-rise buildings and helped us complete the Nathani Heights project successfully. He has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist. Having worked with companies like L&T and Arihant, Mr. Jilani has the pedigree of a sound engineer.

    Mr. Santosh Gaikwad

    Mr. Gaikwad looks after our Procurement department. He has a rich experience with corporates like L&T and Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. He has a total work experience of 15 years and his main strengths are vendor development and management.

    Mr. Nanabhau Kashid

    Mr. Kashid has worked 30 years in L&T and has a total work experience of 35 years. He looks after our Human Resource department. He plays a very important role, as we believe that a family doesn't prosper until each and every member is happy and taken care of.

    Mr. Balu Jori ( Diploma - Civil Engineering )

    A methodic and a hard-working professional, Balu Jori comes with a rich experience of more than 25 years in the field of construction contracts and he currently heads the project of Runwal Group.

    Mr. Barun Kumar mishra ( B.E Tech Civil )

    A skilled and experienced project manager who leads projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time. His responsibility includes overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and resource allocation to risk management and client communication. With a keen eye for detail and strong project management skills, Barun is able to effectively manage project timelines and budgets, while also ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client’s expectation.

    Another young gun for us. He has worked with Capacite Infraprojects Ltd. as a senior engineer in the past, and currently manages our Mankhurd project efficiently. He is a collaborative and communicative team leader and great asset for Blackstone.

    Mr. Deepu Tiwari ( Diploma - Civil Engineering )

    Deepu Tiwari is a calm and meticulous working professional. He has worked with names like Capacitie Infra Projects Ltd & Turning Rout Cooperation (TRC) in the past and currently manages our Dadar project efficiently, which is small in size but extremely challenging project due to space constraint.

    Mr. Umesh Chaudhari ( Diploma - Industrial Safety ISO 14000)

    Umesh Chaudhari has extensive experience and passion for Safety. He has worked with L&T in the past and he imbibes the culture of EHS at Blackstone.
