— EXECUTION STRATEGY

At Blackstone Contracts we believe that the Foundation of any collaboration begins with building relationships with everyone involved.

  • A detailed study of the client’s profile is done for better understanding the need and deliverables of the said project

  • Project location is studied to understand the logistical bandwidth keeping in mind our execution capabilities at that location.

  • A detailed analysis of the contractual requirements and the general terms and conditions of the contract are done by our contracts team.

  • Our team would study the schedule for completion, status of design and GFC drawings, status of permission and statutory approvals, at the start of every project.

  • Planning and working for availability of space for lay down area, labor accommodation, site-based facilities are ensured before the commencement of work at site.

  • A complete understanding of cash flow by our finance team is done to understand the flow of money for the said project.

  • An execution and implementation strategy are planned by our site team to ensure it is in line with the timelines and requirements of the client.

  • Selection of the appropriate equipment to achieve timely completion with adequate Quality is ensured by our Quality team.

  • Project safety and Quality planning would be adopted to achieve zero-man hour loss and achieve zero defect.

  • Mobilization schedule and a detailed Bar chart is prepared by our central projects team before the commencement of work at site.

  • Immediately upon receipt of workorder, planning for long lead items as per the mobilization schedule and a detailed Bar chart is worked upon by our central purchase team.

  • Our central and site team would constantly monitor the output and adjust the strategy according to the outcome.

  • The core fundamental of our implementation process is Project Management, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Management & Safety Management.
