Nitesh Kumar
Mr. Nitesh Kumar is a Chartered Engineer in Civil Engineering branch. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India). He was Executive Director Projects with DB Group and has handled multiple super tall high rise building construction in Mumbai. He had worked with many renowned companies like Larsen and Toubro (L&T), Reliance, Desbuild Inc – USA, DB Realty – Mumbai, Omkar Realtors and Developers Pvt Ltd - Mumbai and was involved for completion of many landmark projects like German Embassy-New Delhi, Hotel Lalit – Mumbai, ILFS Building – Mumbai, Hotel Grand Hyatt – Goa, DB Woods – Mumbai, DB Orchid Enclave – Mumbai and many more. He is head of the project for development of the tallest building in India called India Tower, which is 700 meters tall.
He believes in training engineers for the future and wants to pass his legacy and engineering acumen to as many professionals. He has been an honorary speaker at IIT Madras many times delivering speeches and lectures on High rise building methodologies. Having travelled the world and seen the state of the art design and methodologies across the globe, he wants to instil the same values and processes in India. His belief is that India is at the helm of Infra boom and he wants to be the part of it by doing things in the right manner. His passion for engineering and his experience in being part of the most iconic projects make him a real stalwart of the industry.
